Welcome to Project Management Essentials

Every product launch, event, and construction job is a project — a temporary effort to create something unique. This course gives you the vocabulary, tools, and mindset to lead one from idea to delivery, drawing on globally recognized practices from the PMBOK guide and Agile frameworks.

Each of the five modules combines a reading lesson with a knowledge-check quiz, and the course ends with a comprehensive final certification exam (70% to pass). Your progress and results are recorded automatically.
